Such credit <br /> as provided herein shall not, however, be construed to reduce the <br /> total parking otherwise provided by and for Macy's Inc., or Bayfair <br /> Inc., as operator of the Bayfair Shopping Center. <br /> E. [ §205] Traffic Circulation And Improvements <br /> (1) Access to the Subject Property. The street and <br /> driveway improvements for vehicular ingress and egress to the Subject <br /> Property shall be in accordance with the plan entitled Traffic <br /> Circulation Plan, Exhibit F, except that the driveway entrance shown <br /> upon said plan as located along the southeastern boundary of the <br /> Subject Property in the vicinity of the eastern corner thereof may, at <br /> the sole election of UACI, be relocated not more than thirty feet <br /> southwesterly of the location shown upon said plan. <br /> (2) Traffic Circulation in Vicinity. The City has found <br /> and hereby agrees that the streets, roads and ancillary traffic <br /> improvements in the general vicinity of the Subject Property are <br /> adequate to serve the uses which will result from the development of <br /> the Subject Property in accordance with this Agreement, and UACI shall <br /> not be required to install or pay all or any portion of the cost of <br /> any existing or additional streets, roads or ancillary traffic <br /> improvements to serve the Subject Property, except to the extent such <br /> improvements are shown upon the Traffic Circulation Plan, Exhibit F, <br /> as being located upon the Subject Property.
