DRAFT <br />5. Assist the City in developing credit rating strategies, including preparing a <br />comprehensive rating agency booklet for rating agency presentation, if applicable. <br />6. Advise staff on existing and potential laws and regulations that may affect the <br />financing. <br />7. Assist the city in obtaining any additional consultants as needed to complete a bond <br />financing. <br />8. Perform special projects, including, but not limited to, assisting with capital <br />improvement programs and debt affordability analysis. <br />9.
