• None. <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• Monthly progress summary letter with each invoice. <br />Task 1.2 — Pre - Construction Meeting. Consultant's project manager and project engineer shall <br />attend a pre - construction meeting with the City, planf staff, and Contractor. The purpose of the <br />meeting is to facilitate understanding of the contract requirements by all parties involved. For <br />this task, a budget equivalent to about 8 hours have been included. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Meeting agenda (from Contractor). <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• As- needed discussion topics to the City and plant staff prior to the meeting. <br />• Attendance and input at the pre - construction meeting. <br />Task 1.3 — Progress Meetings. Consultant shall attend weekly progress meetings with the City, <br />plant staff, and Contractor. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss construction status and to <br />review key issues with the Contractor. The meetings will be conducted by the Contractor. For <br />budgeting purposes, Consultant's project manager shall attend a total of 32 progress meetings <br />and Consultant's project engineer shall attend a total of 128 progress meetings. For this task, a <br />budget equivalent to about 640 hours have been included. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Meeting agenda (from Contractor). <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• As- needed discussion topics to the City and plant staff prior to the meeting. <br />• Attendance and input at the progress meetings. <br />• Follow -up on discussion topics from the meetings. <br />Task 1.4 — Technical Meetings. Consultant shall attend technical meetings with the City, plant <br />staff, and Contractor. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss technical elements of the <br />project outside of the regular progress meetings. These meetings will be conducted by the <br />Contractor. For budgeting purposes, Consultant shall attend the following meetings during the <br />construction period: 3 SCADA system integration meetings; 6 PLC configuration meetings, 10 <br />equipment presubmittal meetings; 20 field installation meetings; and 30 general construction <br />issues meetings. Consultant shall provide, as- requested, discipline specific personnel in the areas <br />Consulting Services Agreement between Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 <br />City of San Leandro and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
