Consultant and Consultant's scheduler shall review the <br />following project schedules: 1 preliminary baseline schedule, 1 final baseline schedule, and 30 <br />monthly project schedule updates. Consultant and Consultant's scheduler shall attend two <br />meetings with City and Contractor to discuss schedule submittal format and procedures and <br />review baseline schedule comments. The schedule reviews will include checking for compliance <br />with contract requirements, construction activities and duration, cost - loading logic, schedule <br />analysis, critical -path analysis, narrative analysis, and delay recovery means. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Project schedules in electronic format (from Contractor). <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• Summary memos with comments after each schedule review. <br />Task 4.5 — Witness Factory Tests. Consultant shall witness factory testing of the following <br />equipment for this project. <br />• Mechanical Bar Screens (Section 11332). <br />• Process Control and Instrumentation Systems (Section 17050). <br />For this task, a budget equivalent to about 80 hours have been included but can higher or lower <br />depending on the actual effort required. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Construction schedule updates as related to the above listed elements. <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• Letter report summarizing findings from each testing witnessing. <br />Task 4.6 — Final Inspection. Consultant shall assist the City in performing a final project "walk - <br />through" inspection in preparing a final punch list of outstanding items to be completed by the <br />Contractor to achieve final acceptance. These include: equalization facilities, headworks bar <br />screens and influent pump station, primary clarifiers, FFR and support facilities, biofilter <br />Consulting Services Agreement between Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 <br />City of San Leandro and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
