• Bar Screens, Screenings Compaction and Conveyance, Influent Pump Station, Grit <br />Facility, and Preliminary Treatment Biofilter. <br />• Primary Influent Flow Splitter and Primary Clarifiers. <br />• Fixed Film Reactor Lift Station, Fixed Film Reactor, Fixed Film Reactor Biofilter, and <br />Secondary Clarifiers. <br />• Equalization Pump Station, Equalization Return Pump Station, Equalization Tanks, and <br />Consultant shall prepare training materials and make presentations to inform plant staff of the <br />intended normal operating configurations and the available operational flexibility features. This <br />training does not replace the individual equipment manufacturer training provided by the <br />Contractor prior to the Consultant's training. One training session will be conducted for the <br />elements listed above. For this task, a budget equivalent to about 40 hours to conduct one <br />classroom training session have been included. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Input on training topics prior to each training session. <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• Training materials and training for elements listed above. <br />Task 7 - Record Drawings <br />Consultant shall prepare record drawings of the project to incorporate changes made during the <br />construction period. <br />Task 7.1— Record Drawings. Consultant and Consultant's project architect shall prepare record <br />drawings using Consultant's standard format to include changes made during the construction <br />period after contract closeout. It is assumed that the Contractor and City's Construction <br />Management team will maintain a full -size set of marked -up drawings detailing all field changes <br />and clarifications. Consultant shall not be responsible for field measuring as -built conditions and <br />will rely solely on the information provided by the City as the basis for preparing the record <br />drawings. For this task, a budget equivalent to about 720 hours have been included for <br />Consultant and about 120 hours have been included for Consultant's project architect and <br />subconsultants but can be higher or lower depending on the actual effort required. <br />Information Provided by City: <br />• Conformed copy of full -size record drawing markups by the Contractor and the City's <br />Construction Management team. <br />• Printing of the record drawings (provide one electronic pdf copy to Consultant). <br />Consulting Services Agreement between Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 <br />City of San Leandro and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
