Prepare addenda as necessary during bid phase. <br />3.2 Deliverables <br />Public Meeting I Project Alternate Selections: With the assistance of City Staff, <br />Consultant shall prepare three (3) overall Project Alternatives for presentation to <br />the public and the City Facilities Committee. The project alternates will be used <br />to solicit input on specific themes and landscape elements. At a minimum, these <br />alternates shall provide options for the following design elements: <br />• Storm water treatment plantings <br />• Tree selections <br />• Street lights <br />• Gateway monuments <br />• Crosswalk treatments <br />• <br />Pasco Corridor Connection <br />• Bart Forecourt Area <br />Budget and feasibility constraints shall also be reviewed for each Project <br />Alternative. <br />PSE Submittal 1 - `Design Intent ": PS &E that will develop the limits of the curbs and <br />planter areas and establish the basic project constraints, such as the extent of <br />landscape plantings to meet stormwater requirements, location of planters and <br />trees, utility conflicts and service point of connections. <br />PSE Submittal 2 — "Design Review ": PS &E that will include all construction details and <br />specifications for City review; includes cost estimate and compete technical <br />specifications. <br />Service Application and Encroachment Permit Submittal: Consultant to provide all <br />necessary information and drawings to include with City prepared encraochment <br />permit submittal to Caltrans and Bart, as well as service applications for PG &E <br />and EBMUD. Consultant shall respond to comments from these agencies as <br />appropriate. <br />PSE Submittal 3 — "Pre -bid Review": PS &E for final review are essentially complete <br />documents that are being checked for consistency with other disciplines as well as <br />to ensure that all project work is covered in the contract documents to minimize <br />future design changes and potential change orders. <br />PSE Submittal 4 - "Final PSE": Final plans, specifications, and estimate of probable <br />construction costs; suitable for public bidding and addressing comments from all <br />permit and regulatory agencies. During the bidding phase, contractor to provide <br />assistance clarifying questions and assisting in the preparation of addenda as <br />Consulting Services Agreement between July 18, 2011 <br />City of San Leandro and Golden Associates -- Exhibit A Page 4 of 6 <br />
