Appeal of the BZA Approval of PLN2011-00014 <br />5 <br />July 18, 2011 <br />the June 2"d BZA meeting for building permit review have been revised and show the two <br />second -story west elevation windows to be completely opaque. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Section 5-2808 of the Zoning Code stipulates that notice of the public hearing for an appeal shall <br />be given in the manner required for the decision being appealed. If the City Council's decision is to modify or reverse the BZA's <br />decision, the Council must state the specific reasons for modification or reversal. <br />
