The estimated reasonable cost of the total Project, including associated <br /> planning and design costs, is forty four million, three hundred ninety one thousand, one hundred <br /> seventeen dollars and no cents ($44,391,117.00). <br /> 2. Project Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the State Water Board agrees to provide <br /> Project Funds in the amount of forty three million dollars and no cents ($43,000,000.00). <br /> 3. Repayment and Interest Rate. The Recipient agrees to repay all Project Funds according to the <br /> schedule in Exhibit C at an interest rate of two and six tenths percent (2.6 %) per annum and an <br /> Administrative Service Charge of zero percent (0 %) per annum. <br /> 4. The term of this agreement is from March 22, 2011 to July 31, 2034. <br /> 5.
