(i) "In Association With" means any combination of food service ware with any form of <br />prepared food for the purposes of containment, consumption, or display to promote consumption. <br />0) "Prepared Food" means any food or beverage prepared for consumption using any <br />cooking, packaging, or food preparation technique by the food vendor. Prepared food does not <br />include uncooked meat, fish, poultry, or eggs unless provided for consumption without further <br />food preparation, such as sushi. Prepared food may be eaten either on or off the premises, also <br />known as "take -out food ". <br />(k) "Person" means an individual, business, event prornotex�t , joint stock <br />company, corporation, non - profit, government corporation, p 'yip, oissociation. <br />(1) "Polystyrene Foam" means the thermoplastic petr al material utilizing the <br />styrene monomer, which may be marked with resin symbol' pr ` ' w d by any number of <br />techniques including, but not limited to, fusion of polymer S" es (e able bead <br />polystyrene), injection molding, foam molding, and e w mol ,extruded foam <br />polystyrene).
