The purpose is to establish regulations for placing bicycle racks within the <br />public right -of -way. <br />Section 2. Chapter 5 -1 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />the addition of Article 1 as follows: <br />5 -1 -100 (a) (11) Placing street furniture, including bicycle racks, within the public <br />right -of -way. <br />Section 3. Chapter 5 -1 ARTICLE 6.
