First, such planning should ensure that <br />the capability exists to provide both immediate on- <br />site mental health support at facilities such as <br />evacuation centers, emergency shatters, and local <br />assistance centers, as well as to coordinate on- <br />going mental health support during the longterm <br />recoveryprocess.
