Note in Attachment A that the Alameda <br />is referred to as Crossings West and Cornerstone as Crossings East. Below is a summary of <br />the former Crossings Masterplan proposal, specifically Phase 1: <br />The Alameda (Developer: BRIDGE) <br />a. 4- stories on podium parking <br />b. 100 rental units <br />i. All 100 units to be affordable workforce housing for very low income <br />households <br />ii. Unit types: 25 one bedroom, 34 two bedrooms, and 41 three bedrooms <br />c. 106 parking spaces (including 100 within the garage) <br />d. Amenities include a 5,000 square foot ground floor childcare center (pending <br />funding), landscaped courtyard, community room with kitchen, laundry rooms, <br />bicycle storage room and community garden <br />The Cornerstone (Developer: Westlake) <br />a. 4- stories on podium parking <br />b. 200 rental units <br />i. All 200 units to be market rate workforce housing <br />ii. Unit types: 8 studios, 95 one bedrooms, and 97 two bedrooms <br />c. 290 garage parking spaces <br />d. Amenities include two unprogrammed groundfloor retail space (< 5,000 sq ft); <br />community room with kitchen, fitness room, outdoor barbecue area, and pool <br />III. BART Replacement Garage (Developer: Westlake) <br />a. 4 -story parking structure <br />b. One for one BART replacement parking <br />Proposed Revisions to the San Leandro Crossings Masterplan <br />See Attachment C (Site Plan for Revised San Leandro Crossings Masterplan) and Attachment <br />D (Revised Elevation Facing San Leandro Boulevard). <br />With the addition of OSlsoft, the project scope of the San Leandro Crossings Masterplan is <br />changing as follows: 1) the 200 unit Cornerstone rental development will be developed by <br />BRIDGE instead of Westlake as affordable workforce housing, 2) BART replacement parking <br />will be a surface lot instead of a parking garage and will be developed by BRIDGE, and 3) <br />OSlsoft will develop a multi - phased technology campus on the site formerly occupied by the <br />Alameda. The Alameda affordable rental development under the former Crossings Masterplan <br />on the west side of the BART Station is no longer viable.
