TIMELINES <br /> By October, 1, 2012, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br /> • Provide 2,559 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br /> By January 1, 2013, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br /> • Provide 5,118 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br /> including case management to families that volunteer to monitor and track progress. <br /> By April 1, 2013, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br /> • Provide 7,677 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br /> including case management to monitor and track progress. <br /> By July 1, 2013, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br /> • Provide 10,236 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br /> including case management to monitor and track progress. <br /> • Approximately twenty five percent (25 %) or 2,559 families, who accessed the basic needs services will <br /> demonstrate increased financial or housing stability as indicated on their intake assessment and follow <br /> up at the 4`" and 12 month re- assessment periods.
