TIMELINES <br /> By October 1, 2012, SAVE will have accomplished: <br /> • Sixty (60) students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br /> participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (45 of 60) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br /> Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br /> • Thirty (30) Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br /> enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and /or <br /> referrals. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (23 of 30) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br /> made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self - sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br /> intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br /> By January 1, 2013, SAVE will have accomplished: <br /> • 120 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br /> participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (90 of 120) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br /> Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br /> • Sixty (60) Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br /> enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and /or <br /> referrals. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (45 of 60) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br /> made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br /> intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br /> By April 1, 2012, SAVE will have accomplished: <br /> • 135 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br /> participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (102 of 135) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br /> Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br /> • 90 Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br /> enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or <br /> referrals. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (68 of 90) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br /> made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self- sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br /> intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br /> By July 1, 2013, SAVE will have accomplished: <br /> • 250 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities will <br /> participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (188 of 250) of the students who participate in the Teen Dating Violence <br /> Prevention will increase their knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to victims. <br /> • 125 Alameda County residents, who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law <br /> enforcement, will be provided with crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and /or <br /> referrals. <br /> • Seventy -five percent (75 %) (94 of 125) of the Alameda County residents, who are victims and have <br /> made domestic violence reports, will increase their level of self - sufficiency by the provision of crisis <br /> intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br /> - 14 - <br /> CDBG Agreement with SAVE FY12 -13 <br />
