c. On or about June 30 of each fiscal year covered by this Agreement, <br /> the Fire Chief shall meet with the City Manager to reconcile actual versus budgeted <br /> expenditures for the prior fiscal year. <br /> d. Any discrepancy between actual expenditures and budgeted <br /> . expenditures which resulted in an over payment by the City for services shall be credited <br /> toward future payments for services under the Agreement or refunded within thirty (30) <br /> days depending upon the election of remedies by the City Manager. <br /> e. Any discrepancy between actual expenditures and budgeted <br /> expenditures which results in an underpayment by the City for services received under <br /> this Agreement shall be paid by the City within ninety (90) days. <br /> Section 10. FURTHER OBLIGATIONS OF CITY AND COUNTY: <br /> The parties agree that this Agreement cannot represent a complete expression of <br /> all issues which may arise during the performance of its terms.
