G. The applicant shall coordinate the relocation of the bus stop sign with AC Transit <br /> and the City. <br /> H. The applicant shall show north arrows on all plan sheets. <br /> I. The applicant shall remove and replace all damaged driveways, sidewalks and <br /> curb and gutter along the frontage of the property. This includes current and <br /> future damages resulting from construction activities. All replacements shall <br /> comply with City of San Leandro Standards. <br /> J. Driveway approaches shall be constructed of concrete as described in City <br /> standard 102, except that the back of walk shall be depressed as required to <br /> maintain ADA compliant cross slope. Curb returns shall not be used at driveways. <br /> K. Vegetation at the driveways shall not obstruct the sight lines for vehicles. <br /> L. The proposed development shall comply with the Municipal Regional Requirement <br /> Permit (MRP) Order No. R2-2009-0074 issued by the San Francisco Regional <br /> Water Board related to storm water treatment measures. More information may be <br /> found at: www.cleanwaterprogram.org. <br /> M. The proposed development shall implement MRP prescribed Best Management <br /> Practices (BMP) to prevent storm water pollution. At a minimum, it shall <br /> implement the appropriate BMPs, such as but not limited to: <br /> 1. Design loading dock areas to minimize runon or runoff from the area <br /> 2. Accumulated waste water that may contribute to the pollution of storm <br /> water must be drained to the sanitary sewer, or diverted and collected for <br /> ultimate discharge to the sanitary sewer, or intercepted and pretreated prior <br /> to discharge to the storm drain system. <br /> 3. BMPs shall be implemented to prevent potential storm water pollution. <br /> 4. A regular program of sweeping, litter control and spill clean-up. <br /> N. The applicant shall agree to a right-of-entry for the inspection of stormwater <br /> treatment structures and shall submit a signed Stormwater Operation and <br /> Maintenance(O&M)prior to grading permit approval. <br /> V. LANDSCAPING <br /> A. The number, types and location of the new trees, shrubs and groundcover shall be <br /> installed in compliance with the proposed landscape plan as noted (Exhibit C). <br /> Agreement to Conditions January 14, 2013 <br /> PLN2012-00018 Page 5 of 6 <br />
