Integrate with MetroScan or other service bureau data to provide information on <br /> businesses who may not have a current business license, have had ownership and/or <br /> address changes, and allow for letters to be sent to them asking them to register or <br /> renew their license. <br /> 21. Include a robust search module so that data can easily be retrieved multiple ways, and <br /> so that operators have a high degree of confidence in the search results. <br /> 22. Provide a method for escalating business license applications that are awaiting a <br /> department's approval in order to better serve citizens. <br /> 23.
