Additionally, because the project site is in a <br /> liquefaction Seismic Hazard Zone, the project applicant will be required to <br /> comply with the guidelines set forth by California Geological Survey Special <br /> Publication 117. Mitigation Measure #2 in the MMP. <br /> L. Halus Power Systems shall secure approval from the Alameda County Airport <br /> Land Use Commission and the Federal Aviation Administration prior to building <br /> permit approval of the wind turbine. Mitigation Measure #3 in the MMP. <br /> IV. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The project site shall be well-maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris, <br /> and weeds at all times; during construction, the site shall be well maintained and <br /> shall be kept free of litter, debris, and weeds. <br /> B.
