SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 2 CITY MANAGER <br /> §2.4.900: FILM LIAISON. <br /> The Film Liaison is authorized to promulgate any additional regulations necessary to effectuate the <br /> provisions of this Title. The Film Liaison shall act with reasonable dispatch and diligence in admin- <br /> istering these regulations. <br /> X2.4.905: BUSINESS LICENSE EXEMPTIONS. <br /> A business license shall not be required for filming projects lasting three (3) days or less and in- <br /> volving a total of three (3) or fewer cast and crew members.
