Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with The Sear-Brown <br /> Group Related to the Water Pollution Control Plant Seismic Retrofit, Phases <br /> 2 and 3, Project No. 593-8541 (provides for preparation of contract <br /> documents and bidding and permit support) . <br /> Council Member Kerr said approval of this item is premature because the <br /> City Manager is going to meet with other agencies regarding the future of <br /> the Water Pollution Control Plant and the potential for other agencies to <br /> take over San Leandro's wastewater treatment program. He said expenditures <br /> should be closely watched until a report is received from the City Manager <br /> and requested that this item be delayed. <br />
