(RUI) , for Horatio's Restaurant <br /> (amends Lease to provide assurances to mortgage holder that certain <br /> lease terms and conditions are for the benefit of the mortgages secured <br /> in order to satisfy financing arrangements) . (2224) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City <br /> Council tabled the matter of a resolution approving an amendment to the <br /> Lease with Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) , for Horatio's Restaurant. <br /> B. Ordinance No. 95-04, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of <br /> San Leandro Amending Title I , Chapter 3, Section 1-3-115 of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Board and Commission Members <br /> (changes date of term expiration for Boards and Commissions to <br /> September 1) . (1408) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, <br /> seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote <br /> (5) , with Council Members Kerr and Perry voting no (2) . <br /> C.
