CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. Resolution No. 95-39, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Rajappan and Meyer Consulting Engineers Relating to Directional Signing Improvements at Davis/I-880 Interchange (provides for preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for an Encroachment Permit from Caltrans for the installation of improved directional signing to Westgate Mall and Costco on I-880 off ramps and on Davis Street in the vicinity of I-880) . Resolution No. 95-40, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Rajappan and Meyer Consulting Engineers Relating to Street and Signal Improvements on Timothy Drive at Davis Street (provides for preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for improving the right-turn lanes from Timothy Drive at Davis Street, and the addition of a northbound through lane on Timothy Drive at Davis Street, and for signal phasing improvements to reduce accidents and increase the capacity of Davis Street) .
