Resolution No. 95-45, Resolution Authorizing Submission of Claim to the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Alameda County for Available <br /> TDA 4.5 and Measure B Funding Related to Subsidized Paratransit Program <br /> for 1995-96 (provides for authorization to submit claim to the MTC and <br /> Alameda County for funding of taxi service for the City's subsidized <br /> transportation program) . (1980/2121) <br /> Attachment: Letter from Human Resources Commission recommending <br /> approval of claim and its submission to the MTC and Alameda County. <br /> J. Resolution No. 95-46, Resolution Amending the Budget, Fiscal Year 1994- <br /> 95 (amends the budget to reflect first and second quarter adjustments <br /> to appropriations and revenues) . White. <br /> Council Member Myers introduced Ms . White, her husband, Larry, and her <br /> father, Bob. He said Ms. White, a Mulford Garden resident, attended <br /> Pacific High School and now works for James River. He said she called <br /> him regarding skateboard parks; and, after they talked, he asked her if <br /> she was interested in serving on a Board or Commission. As a result of <br /> her interest and desire to have a say in her community, she was <br /> nominated to the Human Resources Commission. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 95-47, Resolution Appointing Member to the Human <br /> Resources Commission (District 6) - Trudie L. G. White. (2024) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br /> Following adoption of the Resolution, the City Clerk administered the <br /> Oath of Office. <br />
