Ordinance No. 95-07, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending the Zoning Map (A-94-11) ; 433 Harlan Street (an ordinance rezoning a certain district from RD [Residential Duplex] District to RM 1800 [Multiple-Family Residential ] District and Amending the Zoning Map, as approved at the Public Hearing on 02-21-95) . (1024) - Adopted 7. NEW BUSINESS A. Resolution Appointing Member to the Human Resources Commission (District 6) - Trudie L. G. White. Council Member Myers introduced Ms . White, her husband, Larry, and her father, Bob. He said Ms. White, a Mulford Garden resident, attended Pacific High School and now works for James River. He said she called him regarding skateboard parks; and, after they talked, he asked her if she was interested in serving on a Board or Commission. As a result of her interest and desire to have a say in her community, she was nominated to the Human Resources Commission. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 95-47, Resolution Appointing Member to the Human Resources Commission (District 6) - Trudie L. G. White. (2024) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Following adoption of the Resolution, the City Clerk administered the Oath of Office.
