Council Member Perry suggested the Council also provide information on other agencies on which they serve by appointment by another agency, so the Council has a full picture. In response to questions, the City Clerk said that information would be needed by Wednesday, April 26th as well . The City Clerk repeated the motion; Council Member Perry accepted it as an amendment to her motion, and Council Member Galvan repeated his second of the motion. The following Motion was then introduced: Minute Order No. 95-20, Matter of Appointment of Council Members to Inter-Governmental Agencies: (1156) - Alameda County Congestion Management Authority. Motion Appointing Mayor Ellen Corbett as Representative, Council Member Howard Kerr as Alternate. (2465) - Alameda County Waste Management Authority. Motion Appointing Mayor Ellen Corbett as Representative, Council Member Julian Polvorosa as Alternate. (2047) - East Bay Dischargers Authority. Motion Appointing Mayor Ellen Corbett as Representative. (1221) On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council directed that: 1 . The Matter of Appointments to Inter-governmental Agencies be placed on the May 1 , 1995 agenda as a Work Session item and as an action item. 2. The City Council 's April 20, 1995 mailout will include a listing of all outside agencies described in the previous staff report, with information on the name of the agency; when and where it meets; if there are any subcommittees, when they meet; compensation for the regular meetings and the subcommittees; who is currently serving as representative and alternate, and by what authorization; and information on what the agency does. By Wednesday, April 26, 1995, the City Council will advise the City Clerk regarding which agencies they are interested in serving on; a list of that information will be included in the April 27th mailout. The City Council will also advise the City Clerk regarding any other outside agencies on which they serve and to which they have been appointed by an agency other than the City Council , for inclusion in the April 27th mailout.
