The following Resolutions were then introduced: Resolution No. 95-107, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services Provided by City Departments (provides for annual increase in user fees and charges for services provided by City departments, effective July 1 , 1995) . (1051/2318) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Resolution No. 95-108, Resolution Amending Title 12, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees, Charges, and Classification of Users for Sewer Services Provided in Accordance with the Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations (adjusts sewer- service user fees and charges, effective July 1, 1995) . (1051/2318) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, with Council Member Kerr abstaining (1) , and carried by a majority vote (6) . Resolution No. 95-109, Resolution Amending Title 12, Chapter 6 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services Provided by the Building Regulations Division of the Development Services Department (provides for annual increases in fees charged for services performed by and permits issued by the Building Regulations Division, effective July 1, 1995) . (1051/2318) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by a majority vote (7) . In response to questions by Council Member Myers, the members of the Finance Committee said they were recommending approval of the budget. Vice Mayor Kerr said he was only abstaining related to increasing the sewer fees in 1996-97, but he concurred in recommending the budget to the full Council .
