Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - July 19, .1993 Page - 10 - <br /> NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> E. Matter of City Council Appointment of Ad Hoc Advisory Committee to <br /> Study the Implementation of the Proposed Marina Park User Fee. <br /> The City Council noted the recommendation was for the Committee to <br /> consist of no Council Members, the four members as indicated on the <br /> Agenda, two additional Recreation and Parks Commission Members, and <br /> seven other members, one each appointed by the City Council Members and <br /> the Mayor, for a total of thirteen members. <br /> Mayor Faria requested the City Council Members provide the names of <br /> their appointees to the City Clerk not later than July 27, and that <br /> this matter be continued to the August 2, 1993, meeting, at which time <br /> all of the appointments would be approved. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 93-56. Matter of City Council Appointment of Ad Hoc <br /> Advisory Committee to Study the Implementation of the Proposed Marina <br /> Park User Fee. (1156) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council continued the matter to the August 2, 1993, City Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> Mayor Faria directed that Item B, under Public Hearings, the matter of review of <br /> costs to be apportioned for work done by Lincoln Property Company on Alvarado <br /> Street, be heard as the first Public Hearing. <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> B. Matter of Review of Costs to Be Apportioned for Work Done by Lincoln <br /> Property Company on Alvarado Street. Continued from the June 21, 1993, <br /> City Council Meeting. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Bill Silva, City Engineer, said this Public Hearing was <br /> continued from two City Council Meetings ago and was related to the <br /> distribution and allocation of costs for the Alvarado Extension from <br /> Thornton to Davis. He said staff met with Frank Oldrich, representing <br /> Chang, and with the developer' s representatives and engineer to discuss <br /> the details.
