CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. Council Member Corbett said she was pleased to be part of the San <br /> Leandro Little League and the Floresta Little League's opening game is <br /> on Saturday. <br /> B. Council Member Corbett congratulated Washington Manor on a successful <br /> Easter Egg Hunt. <br /> C. Council Member Corbett said she received a letter regarding barking <br /> dogs. She asked that staff look into a program used in Los Angeles <br /> that requires people with an excessive number of complaints regarding <br /> barking dogs to attend sessions to learn how to keep their dogs quiet. <br /> 0. Council Member Kerr said the Easter Egg Hunt in Washington Manor Park <br /> was put on by the Homeowners' Association and the Recreation <br /> Department. He said it was a great success, it was a beautiful day, <br /> and at least 1,000 children participated. He thanked the Octagon Clubs <br /> of San Leandro and Arroyo High Schools and the Optimist Club for their <br /> help. <br />
