Motion Approving the City Manager's <br /> Compensation at Pay Plan Step 3 Level , as amended. (1177/1502) <br /> On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded <br /> by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council adopted a motion approving the City Manager's Compensation <br /> at Pay Plan Step Level 3, as amended: <br /> 1 . Pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement Between the <br /> City of San Leandro and the City Manager, Michael Oliver, the City <br /> Council (hereafter Employment Agreement) may, following an <br /> evaluation of the City Manager's performance, increase the City <br /> Manager's salary by Minute Order. This Minute Order implements that <br /> section. <br /> 2. The City Council hereby approves the City Manager's salary at the <br /> Step 3 Level , as reflected in the Pay Plan, as amended August 1, <br /> 1994. Ordinance No. 94-016, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property <br /> Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (A-94-5) <br /> 319, 375 and 377 Preda Street (provides for rezoning 319, 375 and 377 <br /> Preda Street from IL (Limited Industrial District) to RS (PD) <br /> (Residential Single-Family Planning Development District, as approved <br /> at the Public Hearing on June 20, 1994) . City Council Reports on Outside Agencies. <br /> Council Member Perry reported on her activities in a number of outside <br /> agencies, including the East Bay Division of the League of California <br /> Cities, the Transportation and Public Works Committee, and the <br /> Telecommunications Task Force/SMARTT Committee. She also reported on <br /> a meeting of Santa Clara County cities and Pacific Bell regarding <br /> telecommunications, the ABAG Regional Planning Committee, the <br /> Commission on the Status of Women in Alameda County, and the <br /> ACAP/Cities Advisory Board on the Job Training Partnership Act. <br />
