Motion Approving the City Manager's Compensation at Pay Plan Step 3 Level , as amended. (1177/1502) On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council adopted a motion approving the City Manager's Compensation at Pay Plan Step Level 3, as amended: 1 . Pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the City Manager, Michael Oliver, the City Council (hereafter Employment Agreement) may, following an evaluation of the City Manager's performance, increase the City Manager's salary by Minute Order. This Minute Order implements that section. 2. The City Council hereby approves the City Manager's salary at the Step 3 Level , as reflected in the Pay Plan, as amended August 1, 1994. Ordinance No. 94-016, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (A-94-5) 319, 375 and 377 Preda Street (provides for rezoning 319, 375 and 377 Preda Street from IL (Limited Industrial District) to RS (PD) (Residential Single-Family Planning Development District, as approved at the Public Hearing on June 20, 1994) . (1024/1099) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) D. City Council Reports on Outside Agencies. Council Member Perry reported on her activities in a number of outside agencies, including the East Bay Division of the League of California Cities, the Transportation and Public Works Committee, and the Telecommunications Task Force/SMARTT Committee. She also reported on a meeting of Santa Clara County cities and Pacific Bell regarding telecommunications, the ABAG Regional Planning Committee, the Commission on the Status of Women in Alameda County, and the ACAP/Cities Advisory Board on the Job Training Partnership Act.
