Matter of Consideration of San Leandro Pay Plan and City Manager's <br /> Employment Contract. <br /> There was a motion by Council Member Kerr, seconded by Council Member <br /> Loeffler, to table this matter for additional discussion, including <br /> discussion regarding comparable salaries. <br /> Council Member Loeffler said he is still waiting for the Shannon <br /> Report. <br /> Mayor Corbett said she would like additional information on comparable <br /> salaries. <br /> The motion failed, with Council Members Galvan, Myers, Perry, and <br /> Polvorosa voting no. <br /> The following Resolutions and Motion were then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 94-150, Resolution Amending Section 1 .1 of City of San <br /> Leandro Pay Plan. (1177/1502) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, <br /> seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called <br /> vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, <br /> Polvorosa ( 5 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Kerr; Mayor Corbett ( 2 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> Resolution No. 94-151, Resolution Approving Amendment to Employment <br /> Agreement Between the City and the City Manager.
