Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 3, 1992 Page - 11 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> Howard Stein, the Applicant on behalf of Sav Max Foods of Modesto, said <br /> he would like to expedite this Application. He said he appreciates the <br /> traffic concerns and has worked with the Planning Department regarding <br /> the concerns related to the windows. <br /> Council Member Glaze asked questions related to the delivery of goods, <br /> the location of the delivery dock, the hours of delivery, and suggested <br /> Conditions related to the hours of delivery should be part of the <br /> Conditions of Approval . <br /> It was noted that applications for Building Permits were . being <br /> processed and suggested that perhaps this matter should be continued to <br /> the next City Council Meeting to provide time for Traffic Engineering <br /> to respond regarding the traffic circulation concerns. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member <br /> Faria, seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried unanimously, the <br /> Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-6 (1009) <br /> MATTER OF PD-91-02 GDP/PDP <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL AND PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLANS <br /> TO PERMIT CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING <br /> TO A SUPERMARKET OPERATING ON A 24-HOUR BASIS <br /> INCLUDING MINOR BUILDING EXPANSION AND <br /> EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE BUILDING <br /> LOCATED AT 699 LEWELLING BOULEVARD <br /> WILSON KOELZER, ARCHITECT FOR SAV MAX SUPERMARKETS <br /> On motion by Council Member Glaze, who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> continued the matter of PD-91-02 to the February 18, 1992, City Council Meeting. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
