He said he appreciates the traffic concerns and has worked with the Planning Department regarding the concerns related to the windows. Council Member Glaze asked questions related to the delivery of goods, the location of the delivery dock, the hours of delivery, and suggested Conditions related to the hours of delivery should be part of the Conditions of Approval . It was noted that applications for Building Permits were . being processed and suggested that perhaps this matter should be continued to the next City Council Meeting to provide time for Traffic Engineering to respond regarding the traffic circulation concerns. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member Faria, seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried unanimously, the Public Hearing was closed. The following Motion was then introduced: MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-6 (1009) MATTER OF PD-91-02 GDP/PDP PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL AND PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLANS TO PERMIT CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING TO A SUPERMARKET OPERATING ON A 24-HOUR BASIS INCLUDING MINOR BUILDING EXPANSION AND EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 699 LEWELLING BOULEVARD WILSON KOELZER, ARCHITECT FOR SAV MAX SUPERMARKETS On motion by Council Member Glaze, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council continued the matter of PD-91-02 to the February 18, 1992, City Council Meeting. AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 )
