No Action was taken on this matter. <br /> B. Matter of PD-91-02 GDP/PDP; Planned Unit Development General and <br /> Precise Development Plans; to Permit Conversion of an Existing Building <br /> to a Supermarket Operating on a 24-Hour Basis, Including Minor Building <br /> Expansion and Exterior Modifications to the Building Located at 699 <br /> Lewelling Boulevard, Assessor' s Parcel Number 412-1-22-1 ; Wilson <br /> Koelzer, Architect for Sav Max Supermarkets; N-PDC (Nursery Planned <br /> Development Combining) District (Formerly Pay 'N Pak Home Improvement <br /> Center) . <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Norm Weisbrod, Associate Planner, said the subject property was <br /> part of the development at Greenhouse Market Place but is a separately <br /> owned parcel . He said the site used to be occupied by Pay 'N Pak Home <br /> Improvement Center, but it had gone out of business. He said the site <br /> was bought by a leasing company that wants to lease it to Sav Mart <br /> Supermarkets, which would be a 24-hour per day operation, including a <br /> bakery and delicatessen. <br />
