REGARDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NO. 101 AND NO. 102 Introduced by Council Member Corbett, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Faria, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Polvorosa, Santos; ( 4 ) NOES: Council Members Glaze and Perry and Mayor Karp ( 3 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) The City Council then voted on the remainder of the original motion, which had been made by Council Member Perry and seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, to rescind the enabling Ordinance No. 92-02. The motion failed, with Mayor Karp and Council Member Perry voting aye, and Council Members Santos, Corbett, Glaze, Polvorosa, and Faria voting no.
