Matter of June 2, 1992, Election (requests City Council direction related to the City's June 2, 1992, Election) . MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-7 (1968) MATTER OF JUNE 2, 1992, ELECTION On motion by Council Member Glaze, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council directed that: (1) rebuttals to direct arguments will not be permitted; (2) subject to the meet-and-confer process, the recommended measure related to voter approval of binding arbitration awards shall be included in the Resolution Calling for the June 2, 1992, Election, and that said Resolution shall be placed on the March 2, 1992, Agenda; and (3) the City Attorney shall prepare impartial analyses on both measures.
