No action was taken on this matter. C. Resolution Approving Contract Change Order for Washington Manor Park Irrigation, Project No. 91-8643. and D. Resolution Approving Contract Change Order for Mulford Point Riprap Repairs, Project No. 91-8668. Council Member Faria asked how much additional work time these Change Orders would add to the projects. Bill Silva, City Engineer, said the work at Washington Manor Park would be extended by 2-3 weeks. He said the work was recommended because the bids were extremely low and work on the rest of the Park could be done under the Change Order. Council Member Faria said he was concerned that this work be done as quickly as possible. Mr. Silva said there would be no extension of contract time on the Mulford Point Riprap Repair Project because the materials had already been ordered.
