Resolution Initially Accepting Subdivision Improvement Work for Tract <br /> 6307 and Accepting Offers of Dedication of Public Rights-of-Way and <br /> Easements. <br /> Council Member Faria asked if refuse service for the subdivision on <br /> Darius Way was provided by the City of San Leandro or by Oro Loma <br /> Sanitary District. <br /> Bob Taylor, Public Works Services Director, said services are provided <br /> by Oakland Scavenger for Oro Loma Sanitary District because the <br /> subdivision is in Oro Loma's service area. Mr. Taylor said during <br /> construction Oro Loma was approached with the idea of allowing the <br /> service to be provided by the City and did not care to do so. He said <br /> he would go back to them and discuss this matter again. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-61 (2650) <br /> RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR <br /> TRACT 6307 AND <br /> ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF <br /> PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Faria, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> C. Resolution Deleting Restricted Parking, Two-Hour Parking, 9:00 A.M. to <br /> . 6:00 P.M. , Sundays and Holidays Excepted, Chumalia Street, Title VI, <br /> Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br /> Council Member Perry asked if the parking modifications had been <br /> discussed with the residents again after the temporary period. <br /> Bill Silva, City Engineer, said the matter had been discussed with the <br /> residents. There was no interest in doing anything on the other side <br /> of the street, but the residents were happy with the modifications and <br /> wished to have them made permanent. <br />
