Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - April 20, 1992 Page - 19 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> Council Member Corbett asked if it is cost effective for Lorraine <br /> Boulevard to have a high priority since the Civic Center Expansion <br /> program may be put off. Mr. Silva said at the time the Plan was <br /> prepared, it was anticipated some work would be done on the Civic <br /> Center in the next five-year period. He said if no work is done he <br /> would recommend that it be deferred. He said that is the benefit of an <br /> annual review. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member <br /> Faria, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried unanimously, <br /> the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The following Resolutions were then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-97 (1207) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT MASTER PLAN <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Glaze, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-98 (1207) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1992-93 <br /> FIVE-YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT CONVERSION PROJECTS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Glaze, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
