Burns, II, Architect, <br /> Applicant; Miller, Cornelius, Pethan, and Bernstein, Owners. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Norm Weisbrod, Associate Planner, said this matter had been <br /> considered by the Planning Commission last . Thursday and that at the <br /> time of the preparation of the City Council packets a staff report was <br /> not yet available so he would give a verbal report. <br /> He said the proposed project is a 9,000-square-foot regional office <br /> building for Placer Title Company. He said the design is in <br /> conformance with the Urban Design Plan for the Davis Street Corridor. <br /> He said it is an attractive building that completes construction at the <br /> corner of Davis and Alvarado. He said the project will use some City <br /> right of way for which a License Agreement is required. He said the <br />
