Thursday and that at the <br /> time of the preparation of the City Council packets a staff report was <br /> not yet available so he would give a verbal report. <br /> He said the proposed project is a 9,000-square-foot regional office <br /> building for Placer Title Company. He said the design is in <br /> conformance with the Urban Design Plan for the Davis Street Corridor. <br /> He said it is an attractive building that completes construction at the <br /> corner of Davis and Alvarado.
