Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - May 18, 1992 Page - 23 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-42 (1009) <br /> MATTER OF PD-92-03 <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL AND PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> TO CONSTRUCT A 9,022-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE BUILDING <br /> 801 DAVIS STREET <br /> SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DAVIS STREET AND ALVARADO STREET <br /> I-P PDC ( INDUSTRIAL PARK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT COMBINING) DISTRICT <br /> JAMES R. BURNS, II, ARCHITECT, APPLICANT; <br /> MILLER, CORNELIUS, PETHAN, AND BERNSTEIN, OWNERS <br /> On motion by Council Member Faria, who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved <br /> PD-92-03. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. Council Member Corbett noted the Farrelly Pond Fair was held this <br /> weekend. She said the unsung heros are those members of the community <br /> and homeowners' associations who put community events together and <br /> bring neighbors together. She said this was a fun, family event. <br /> B. Council Member Kerr said he had attended the League of California <br /> Cities Training Session with the City Manager. He said it was a very <br /> good and informative session. <br /> C. Council Member Kerr said he had received several phone calls from <br /> people who are concerned about A. C. Transit's plans to remove buses, <br /> especially the 36X line, and asked what action the City was taking. He <br /> said there is a Hearing on May 26 and he would probably attend. He <br /> said he understands from A. C. Transit that the problem with the 36X <br /> line is that the buses are full going out but have no passengers going <br /> back in. <br /> D. Council Member Kerr asked for a schedule for construction on the <br /> Williams Street Overpass. <br /> E. Council Member Kerr asked that the meeting be adjourned in honor of <br /> Norm Brikovich. <br />
