Mr. <br /> Meyers said the City is obligated to review the Noise Element on a <br /> regular basis, so the standards may change from time to time. He said <br /> the City Council 's last opportunity to reassess the noise levels will <br /> be when they approve the Precise Development Plan. <br /> Council Member Kerr said the Agreement does not say the disclosure <br /> requirement will be permanently recorded. Mr. Emslie said the <br /> disclosure takes the form of an easement, and title companies are <br /> required to disclose all easements on title reports. He said this will <br /> also be in the CC&R's. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 92-206, Resolution Approving Agreement Among SCS <br /> Development Company, Inc. , the City of San Leandro, and the Port of <br /> Oakland (provides an agreement between SCS Development, Inc. , the City <br /> of San Leandro and the Port of Oakland concerning mitigation measures <br /> for the Roberts Landing project) .
