Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - July 6, 1992 Page - 14 - <br /> NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> Council Member Perry said there has been a change in noise contours <br /> since 1990 and asked if this would be reviewed periodically. Mr. <br /> Meyers said the City is obligated to review the Noise Element on a <br /> regular basis, so the standards may change from time to time. He said <br /> the City Council 's last opportunity to reassess the noise levels will <br /> be when they approve the Precise Development Plan. <br /> Council Member Kerr said the Agreement does not say the disclosure <br /> requirement will be permanently recorded. Mr. Emslie said the <br /> disclosure takes the form of an easement, and title companies are <br /> required to disclose all easements on title reports. He said this will <br /> also be in the CC&R's. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 92-206, Resolution Approving Agreement Among SCS <br /> Development Company, Inc. , the City of San Leandro, and the Port of <br /> Oakland (provides an agreement between SCS Development, Inc. , the City <br /> of San Leandro and the Port of Oakland concerning mitigation measures <br /> for the Roberts Landing project) . (2690) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Kerr, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> B. Resolution Adopting a Procurement Policy for Recycled Products <br /> (encourages the City to use products that contain recycled materials <br /> and that support source-reduction efforts) . <br /> Council Member Corbett requested a list of the types of recycled <br /> products the City can use. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 92-207, Resolution Adopting a Procurement Policy for <br /> Recycled Products (encourages the City to use products that contain <br /> recycled materials and that support source-reduction efforts) .
