(2273) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) A. Resolution Approving Amendment to Agreement with Greenfield-Thompson Associates (provides for continuation of administration services for Workers Compensation, Fiscal Year 1992-93) . Mike Oliver, City Manager, noted the contract with Greenfield-Thompson Associates features a new cost-control measure. He said the City has been using the services of Greenfield-Thompson for a number of years and has worked out an arrangement with them wherein the contract cost with Greenfield-Thompson is less than in prior years; however, if Greenfield-Thompson saves money for the City, they are paid more money accordingly. He said the additional amount of money that is paid to Greenfield-Thompson will be more than realized in savings.
