Other members <br /> of the City Council noted that Public Hearings and Work Session <br /> presentations had been made regarding the Undergrounding Master Plan in <br /> 1985 and this intersection was included in the Plan. <br /> Steve Meyers, City Attorney, explained there is an Underground Master <br /> Plan and there is an Ordinance that calls for the procedure that was <br /> being undertaken via this Resolution. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-28 (2673) <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON THE REMOVAL OF POLES, OVERHEAD WIRES AND <br /> ASSOCIATED OVERHEAD STRUCTURES <br /> FROM PORTIONS OF WASHINGTON AVENUE, LEWELLING BOULEVARD AND <br /> ABUTTING PROPERTIES, INCLUDING INTERSECTING STREETS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Faria ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> F.
