Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - April 15, 1991 Page - 13 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> The following motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-29 (1009/2676) <br /> MATTER OF <br /> PD-88-11 <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN) <br /> 15225 WICKS BOULEVARD <br /> FORMER MARINA HIGH SCHOOL SITE <br /> On motion by Council Member Glaze who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> approved PD-88-11 with modifications to the Conditions of Approval , as described <br /> below: <br /> III .B. Add the following sentence: <br /> "Prior to occupancy of any units, the developer shall install <br /> a traffic signal . " <br /> V.D. Delete paragraph D. <br /> XI . Add new item I: <br /> "The developer shall commence demolition of the remaining <br /> improvements at the Marina High School site within six months <br /> of the date of approval of the Precise Development Plan and shall <br /> pursue the completion of such demolition with all deliberate <br /> speed. " <br /> Add new item J: <br /> "The developer shall ensure that in the construction of <br /> individual units that all necessary wiring and conduit and other <br /> receptacles or equipment are installed to permit later <br /> installation by individual homeowners of burglar alarms. " <br /> The City Council also indicated that it had considered and rejected the <br /> request of the developer to delete the City requirement of meandering <br /> sidewalks along Wicks Boulevard. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
