He said "sphere of influence" <br /> means control in unincorporated areas and over other areas and cited <br /> the matter of the "Hayward Hotel , " which is located in Hayward but is <br /> highly visible from Pleasanton. Mayor Karp said cities should have some <br /> knowledge of what is planned in other areas. <br /> Council Member Santos withdrew the Resolution. No action was taken on <br /> this matter. <br /> L. RESOLUTION NO. 91-145 (2096) <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE HOME CONSORTIUM COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> Introduced by Council Member Faria who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> M.
