MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-61 (1140-B) <br /> MATTER OF EAST BAY DISCHARGERS AUTHORITY <br /> RELEASE OF PERMIT FOR THE HAYWARD MARSH <br /> On motion by Council Member Faria who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> authorized the City's representative to the East Bay Dischargers Authority to <br /> vote to release the permit for the Hayward Marsh. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 0. Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with TSH Architects <br /> Relating to Thrasher Park Improvements, Project No. 91-8613. <br /> Council Member Santos asked about the status regarding the possibility <br /> of memorializing the Kanaka Road aspect of Orchard Avenue. <br /> Assistant City Manager Mike Oliver said the Library-Historical <br /> Commission had recommended plaques be installed and that staff would <br /> report back on this matter. <br />
