Mr. <br /> Milliken said they would. <br /> The City Council asked further questions regarding the time table for the <br /> Precise Development Plan. <br /> Council Member Glaze noted this was a difficult and emotional decision for <br /> the City Council to make. <br /> On motion of Council Member Glaze, seconded by Council Member Suchman and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council certified the final Environmental <br /> Impact Report (EIR) as complete and prepared in accordance with CEQA and CEQA <br /> guidelines. <br /> On motion of Council Member Glaze, seconded by Council Member Suchman and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council adopted a statement of overriding <br /> concerns subject to preparation of a written Resolution to be brought back <br /> to the April 16, 1990 City Council Meeting. <br /> On motion of Council Member Glaze, seconded by Council Member Suchman and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council approved PD-88-11 , subject to revisions <br /> to Conditions of Approval , also to be brought back to the April 16, 1990 City <br /> Council Meeting. <br /> Revisions are related to: <br /> (1) Dedication of open space adjacent to community-use facility. <br /> (2) Calculation of traffic impact at intersection of Lewelling and.Wicks <br /> Boulevards. <br /> (3) Modification of design for models adjacent to Mission Bay Mobile Home <br /> Park. <br /> (4) Mitigation of loss of ball field. <br /> (5) Sidewalk adjacent to Flood Control Channel . <br /> (6) Availability of site for reunion prior to demolition. <br /> • <br />
