<br />3. The following uses may be permitted
<br />in areas designated "residential R" on the
<br />land utilization plan, Exhibit 1.28.020:
<br />a. Multiple family dwelling, including
<br />condominium development;
<br />b. Private club or lodge building;
<br />c. Parking lot when established to fulfill
<br />parking requirements for a permitted or con-
<br />ditional use;
<br />d. Child-care facilities; and
<br />e. Ancillary office and retail would be
<br />looked at as part of an overall residential
<br />development.
<br />4. The following uses may be permitted
<br />in areas designated "institutional Int" on the
<br />land utilization plan, Exhibit 1.28.020:
<br />a. Clubs and lodges;
<br />b. Cultural Institutions (including li-
<br />braries, museums, and art galleries);
<br />c. Child-care facilities; and
<br />d. Religious Assembly, not including
<br />schools.
<br />5. The following uses may be permitted
<br />in areas designated "retail sales, office fa-
<br />cilities, and residential ROR" on the land
<br />utilization plan, Exhibit 1.28.020:
<br />a. Retail sales of primarily new mer-
<br />chandise including, but not limited to, sale
<br />of confections, bakery goods, food, drugs,
<br />flowers, gifts, books, furniture, office sup-
<br />plies, hardware, clothes, jewelry, painting,
<br />liquor, paint;
<br />b. Personal service establishments in-
<br />cluding, but not limited to, beauty shops,
<br />barber shops, portrait studios, radio and tel-
<br />evision repair, shoe repair, real estate, office
<br />machine repair, auto leasing, tailors;

<br />c. Household and business service es-
<br />tablishments including, but not limited to,
<br />interior decorating, upholstery, automatic
<br />laundry, laundry and dry cleaning pick-up

<br />limited to, offices for doctors, dentists, ar-
<br />chitects, attorney, engineers, public utilities
<br />accountants, insurance companies;
<br />e. Financial institutions including
<br />banks, savings and loan companies, finance
<br />companies;
<br />f Restaurants, taverns;
<br />g. Parking areas and structure for pas-
<br />senger automobiles;
<br />h. Business and professional schools,
<br />including beauty academies which do not
<br />occupy the street or ground floor of a build-
<br />ing;
<br />i. Lodges, clubs, social and fraternal
<br />organizations, public or quasi -public office
<br />buildings, and post office facility;
<br />j. Automotive service station, the activ-
<br />ity of which provides for dispensing of fuel
<br />and petroleum products and minor auto re-
<br />pair services, but excludes major auto repair
