1.28.020 <br />services RB" on the land utilization plan, <br />Exhibit 1.28.020: <br />a. Business, professional and adminis- <br />trative offices; <br />b. Residential uses, except single fami- <br />ly; <br />c. Sale of office supplies and equip- <br />ment; <br />d. Commercial printing, blue printing; <br />e. Employment office; and <br />f. Office machine repair and service. <br />7. The following uses may be permitted <br />in areas designated "business park BP" on <br />the land utilization plan, Exhibit 1.28.020: <br />(Note: Neither principal nor accessory <br />uses permitted shall be interpreted to include <br />any use which by reason of its nature or <br />manner of operation will create conditions <br />hazardous, noxious or offensive to the pro- <br />ject area or to the community.) <br />a. Professional, administrative, medical <br />and executive offices and business support <br />services, the activities of which may include <br />related accessory light manufacturing, stor- <br />age, display, handling of merchandise and <br />activities such as publishing, printing, litho- <br />graphing, engraving; <br />b. Assembly, packaging, repairing or <br />secondary processing within a building of <br />previously prepared materials; <br />c. Manufacturing, processing, packag- <br />ing, treatment or fabrication of goods and <br />merchandise within a building, excluding <br />any use or class of uses specifically men- <br />tioned as permitted only in the I-2 (general <br />industrial) district zoning regulations of the <br />city of San Leandro; <br />d. Industrial laboratory, or facility spe- <br />cializing in the production, assembly and <br />testing of high technology research systems, <br />such as biotechnology, ancillary storage and <br />warehousing uses; <br />(San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Supp. No. 2, 12-05) 34 <br />e. Wholesale or retail sales of products <br />not normally sold in pedestrian -oriented <br />shopping centers, including sales at whole- <br />sale of products, or sales to the ultimate con- <br />sumer of products made to the customer's <br />order; <br />f. Publishing, printing, lithographing, <br />engraving; <br />g. Public and quasi -public office build- <br />ings, except utility buildings and corporation <br />yards; <br />h. Site -serving restaurant, retail, or oth- <br />er personal service facilities of a type neces- <br />sary to serve uses permitted herein, provided <br />that applicant shall, in each instance, <br />demonstrate that the proposed use is re- <br />quired to support uses permitted herein; <br />i. A light industrial use not listed here- <br />in provided that a showing of complete <br />compatibility with uses permitted and with <br />the stated purpose of this class of district can <br />be made; <br />j. Full service sales facility for new <br />automobiles and trucks on a building site of <br />not less than one and three quarters acres, <br />the activities of which may include related <br />accessory used automobile and truck sales, <br />and repair services, including body repair <br />and painting; <br />k. Child-care facilities; <br />1. Residential facilities of a type neces- <br />sary to serve uses permitted herein, provided <br />that applicant shall, in each instance, <br />demonstrate that the proposed use is second- <br />ary to the primary uses permitted herein. <br />8.
