(8)Permit fees may be lowered or waived if applicant files and complied with a Best Management Practices (BMP) Plan. CA Health & Safety Code; Title 27 A. Annual Fees for Generators of Hazardous Waste (4) Includes permit processing and two inspections annually (one annual and one reinspection) for compliance with applicable federal and state underground tank and/or hazardous waste laws and regulations and/or the Uniform Fire Code. Additional inspections will be charged at the current hourly rate. 32
