File Number: 14-234 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement with Alameda Health System in the amount of $1,000,000 per <br />year for three years for a total of $3,000,000 to subsidize the emergency services department <br />and acute in-patient services at San Leandro Hospital is hereby approved and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />That an appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000 per year for three years from the <br />General Fund unrestricted reserve (Account 010-14-010) is hereby authorized for fiscal years <br />2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/10/2014
