<br />Nurseries. Establishments in which all merchandise other than plants is kept within an <br />enclosed building or a fully screened enclosure, and fertilizer of any type is stored and <br />sold in package form only. <br /> <br />Offices, Business and Professional. Offices of firms or organizations providing pro- <br />fessional, executive, management, or administrative services, such as architectural, en- <br />gineering, real estate, insurance, investment, legal, dental laboratories, and medi- <br />cal/dental offices. This classification includes firms developing software or providing In- <br />ternet-based services, and medical/dental laboratories incidental to an office use, but <br />excludes financial institutions. <br /> <br />Off-Street Loading Facilities. A site or portion of a site devoted to the loading or un- <br />loading of motor vehicles or trailers, including loading berths, aisles, access drives, and <br />landscaped areas. <br /> <br />Open Space, Common. Usable open space with a minimum dimension of ten (10) feet <br />in any direction and a minimum area of three hundred (300) square feet. (Also, see Sec- <br />tion 2-558: RM District—Multi-Family Dwellings, Requirements for Open Space.) <br /> <br />Open Space, Private. A usable open space adjoining and directly accessible to a <br />dwelling unit, reserved for the exclusive use of residents of the dwelling unit and their <br />guests and which is any of the following (Also see Section 2-558: RM District—Multi- <br />Family Dwellings, Requirements for Open Space.) <br /> <br />A. A private balcony attached to a dwelling unit with a minimum area of sixty (60) <br />square feet and a minimum horizontal dimension of six (6) feet. <br /> <br />B. A private porch, deck, patio, or court with a minimum horizontal dimension of ten <br />(10) feet and a minimum area of one hundred twenty (120) square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />OPEN SPACE, PRIVATE <br />(The diagram is illustrative) <br /> <br />Open Space, Total.
